Do you Travel?
A.I mainly stay local to the Southwest Shore area of Florida (Tampa Bay Area/St. Pete/Bradenton/AMI/Sarasota area) as photography is something I do part time for now and with 2 small children it's difficult to go very far.
How long have you been doing this?
A.I didn't start taking photography more seriously and learning the ins and outs of what my camera is capable of until about November of 2020. I'm still learning and growing every day to become better and deliver my best work to you!
How many photos do we get?
A.It depends on what package you choose to invest in! The more time we spend together during our session, the more poses and candids I have time to capture!
How do we get our photos?
A.You will receive an invite link to a gallery of your digital photos via email. They will be full size, high resolution digitals that you can download to your computer, phone, or flash drive.
Do you retouch photos?
A.Yes! I do my own editing through Lightroom . My editing style tends to be more warm, vibrant, yet natural tones! I am able to fix some blemishes but I will not alter appearances that do not reflect who you are! If there's some insecurities you have - let's address them before our session so I can make you feel comfortable and confident in the poses we choose!
Whats your turn around time?
A.You will receive your gallery of edited images within 1-2 weeks. Sometimes less, sometimes more depending on how busy I am but I promise to always keep you up-to-date! I always like to send some sneak peeks within 48 hours of our session - because I am just as excited, if not more excited, for you to see your photos too!
How do we book you?
A.To book with me, fill out your name, email and a short message of what kind of photography session you're interested in on the contact page of my website! I usually respond within 24 hours. We'll go over all of the details of the session; I'll send you a contract to read and sign; and then you will submit a non-refundable retainer to hold your date and time!
Can you help us with planning?
A.Absolutely! I love to help with planning and bringing your vision to life. I can suggest some locations, what to wear, poses, what kind of props you may want to bring, etc! I'm not big on props (again I stick to more true-to-life photography) BUT for special sessions like first birthday photos or newborn sessions, I do have some props I can supply!
How far out do you book?
A.I suggest booking at least a month in advance to secure the date/time you desire. Again, this is something I do on the side for now so my time is sometimes limited.
What should we wear?
A.I think we can all agree that everyone matching in the same color top and bottoms is not the way to go anymore, LOL. I recommend neutral or muted colors! I can help with choosing a color palette. Try to avoid all black or bright colors. You can certainly dress up - but make sure it's something you're comfortable in for different poses!
